No. We service 100% of our clients on-site at their home or property. We do not operate a retail facility, nor do we sell any individual products at retail. All of our products are exclusively available with installation service. We do not have a showroom, however, upon request we can schedule a demo of one of our clients homes for you.
Yes, we do offer commercial audio visual services for commercial environments such as audio and video distribution in bars and restaraunts, digital signage in corporate offices, retail showrooms or hotels and presentation systems in conference rooms.
No. We only handle warranty issues with manufacturers on equipment purchased from FX Pro's and installed by FX Pro's. We recommend RS Electronics in Little Rock for all other equipment repair concerns. You may contact them at (501) 223-3400.
No. We are strictly a residential and light commercial integration company.
Generally no. But, if the trade in equipment falls under one of our current product categories AND is still a current model in production AND is in perfect working condition we MAY offer a product credit towards the purchase of a new product from the same category. Additional Restrictions Apply.
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. A required 2.95% processing fee will be applied to the invoice at the time of payment.

Yes. Referrals are the backbone of our business. We offer all of our clients a $150 product credit for each successful referral they direct to FX Pro's.
